Mandisa was in the season 5, of American Idol and came in 9Th place. She has advanced since then, she is a Gospel and Contemporary Christian singer. I chose this song because, I found that it touched my heart when I first heard it the other night on the radio. No matter what problems, struggles and heartaches that you may have you always know that "he is with you". In this song one part says that "He is with you when your faith is dead and you can't even get out of bed or your husband doesn't kiss you anymore. He is with you when your baby's gone and your house is still, and your heart's a stone cryin' God, What'd you do that for, He is with you." I like this part of this song and actually there is quite a few parts out of this song that like.
